I have booked the room for 6 nights with my wife. Beds were comfortable and the room was always clean up. The staff were quite helpful and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was good. Not a very social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

I have booked the room for 2 nights with my husband. Beds were big enough and the room was constantly clean up. The staff were being incredibly helpful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big plus the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff in the reception were available at every hours. The beds have been comfy and the other guests had been normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Pretty wonderful hotel and fantastic location. Unquestionably will suggest Hotel & Gasthof Richard Held!
